Dalia Albassam
Dalia Albassam is an ADHD-trained and anxiety-informed executive function coach with a deep passion for educational equity. She draws on years of experience across education policy, public service, legal advocacy, and higher education to support teens and young adults as they manage academic demands and avoid burnout.
Dalia graduated as a valedictorian from her high school and attended UC Berkeley and the University of St. Andrews on scholarship. She began her career on Capitol Hill interning for the U.S. Senate, focusing on education policy. Dalia’s background also includes civil rights work at the U.S. Department of Justice, educational initiatives at the U.S. Department of State, and the Clinton Foundation.
Dalia pivoted into higher education and served on the Caltech and UC Berkeley Admissions team, giving her rare insight into the college admissions process and the challenges faced by students navigating it.
Grounded in compassion, strategy, and inclusion, Dalia helps clients build lifelong executive function skills while reminding them that setbacks are not the end of the story — they’re often where growth begins.
